Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the transport of vehicles from various locations to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients, transport companies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth shipping operations.
• Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to clients in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations pertaining to vehicle transport.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipments and communications for auditing purposes.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a shipping agent or in a related logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve shipping-related issues promptly.
• Familiarity with industry-standard shipping software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs 40k + 80 per month
